3/4 cup frozen strawberries, partially thawed

1/2 cup vanilla coconut milk beverage

1/2 cup low-fat Greek-style yogurt

1 tablespoon flax seed meal

1 tablespoon almond butter

1 teaspoon canna-honey, or more to taste and potency ( see our recipe )

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract


1Go ahead and blend the frozen strawberries and other ingredients in a blender until a good consistency.

2You can stop the blender and scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula to make sure everything gets blended.

3Then just continue blending until the mixture is completely smooth usually about 1 more minute, and then
