3 tablespoons white sugar

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

3 cups cubed and cooked chicken breast meat

1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1/3 cup chopped green onion

1/4 cup sesame seeds

16 ounce package bow tie pasta

1/2 cup canna-olive oil (see our recipe )

1/3 cup light soy sauce

1/3 cup rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sesame oil


1First thing to do is heat your skillet over medium-high heat while adding sesame seeds, and cooking and stirring frequently until lightly toasted.

2Then you can remove the sesame seeds from heat, and set aside for now.

3Next bring a fairly large pot of lightly salted water to boil., and add the pasta, and allow to cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

4Then go ahead and drain the pasta, and rinse under cold water until cool and transfer to a large bowl.

5Now take a large mason jar or Tupperware with a tight-fitting lid and combine canna-olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, sesame seeds, ginger, and pepper and shake vigorously.

6Next pour the sesame dressing over pasta, and toss to coat evenly and then mix in cooked and cubed chicken, cilantro, and green onions.
