2 tablespoons cannabis butter
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and de-veined (if using frozen, thaw first)
2-3 cloves garlic chopped fine
1/2 cup white wine
2 tbs lemon juice
1 tbs capers
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano leaves
1/3 cup grated Parmesan
8 ounces linguine
1 tsp cannabis olive oil
1In a large pot of boiling water, cook linguine pasta according to package instructions; drain well and add cannabis olive oil and toss until coated.
2Melt cannabis butter in a large skillet over medium high heat (do not burn).
3Add shrimp, garlic and red pepper flakes.
4Cook for about 3 minutes while stirring ingredients lightly
5Pour in the wine and lemon juice; capers, salt and pepper and oregano.
6Stir well and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes
7Pour shrimp over pasta,and toss
8Serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan.
