3/4 cup of canna-mayo ( see our recipe )
1 pinch garlic pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
15 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1First thing is to preheat your oven to 375 degrees F .
2Next is to mix in a bowl together the artichoke hearts, parmesan cheese, canna-mayo, and garlic pepper.
3Now place the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish and cover with the artichoke mixture.
4Bake the dish uncovered for at least 30 minutes in your preheated oven or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
